The arrows are of Mauritanian origin (2nd millennium BC). This jewel is enriched with arrows dating from the Neolithic period. They come from Mauritania where it is found in large quantities. The flint arrowheads, locally called boucharaye, which in Hassanyya means "canine" are pointed and micro-dentelled with bifacial retouching. The Saharan neolithic period is spread between 4000 and 2000 BC
